Physical Requirements for PMA Jobs 2025
Physical fitness is a must to join Pakistan Army. Here are the physical standards:
- Height: Minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm)
- Running: 1.6 km in 8 minutes
- Push-ups: 15 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Sit-ups: 20 repetitions in 2 minutes
- Chin-ups: 3 repetitions in 2 minutes

- Online Registration: Register at joinpakarmy.gov.pk from March 25 to June 1, 2025.

- Medical Checkup: If you pass the preliminary test, a medical examination will be conducted at ASRC.
- ISSB Test and Interview: The candidate is shortlisted for the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) test and interview.
- Final Selection and Training: After final selection, you will go for training at PMA Kakul.
