Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for STI positions, applicants must:
- Be a resident of the district where they are applying.
- Possess a master’s degree and professional teaching qualifications.
- Stipend Information
- Interns will be paid a monthly stipend according to their teaching level:
- Primary School Salary is Rs 38,000
- Middle School Salary is Rs 40,000
- High/Higher Secondary School Remunerations amount to Rs 45,000
Application and Selection Process
- Appointments must be approved by deputy DEOs, AEOs, school heads, and school councils.
- The merit lists will be displayed at deputy DEOs’ offices, posted online, and updated on school notice boards.
- Candidates can apply through a designated online portal within their district.
- Note: These are temporary positions; interns are not eligible for transfers or permanent roles. Successful interns will receive a completion certificate from the education department.
Salary Structure
- Primary: 38000 Rs.
- Elementary: 38000 Rs.
- Secondary: 40,000 Rs.
- Higher Secondary: 45,000 Rs.
