Job Criteria for POF Jobs:
The candidates having provinces of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Punjab, Sindh, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Balochistan must possess the given below-required qualifications:
- Domicile: People who live in the above areas
- Sex: Male and female applicants are eligible
- Qualification: Matric (Sciences) with minimum 2nd Division, FSc (Phy, Maths) or DAE — 10% weightage
- Age Limit: 17–21 years
Training Duration
- The Artisan Training Scheme is 1.5 years long (3 semesters).
Details of the Stipend During Training
- If induction on or after 1st September, 1 st Semester (6 months) shall be 50 % of BSP-05 (Rs. 7,615/month)
- Second Semester (6 months): 60% of BSP-05 (Rs. 9,138/month)
- 3rd Semester (6 months): 80% of BSP-05 (Rs. 12,184/month)
